The hotel was perfect and fabulous with fab location near to theatres, Chinatown, Covent Garden, most tourist spots and lots of restaurants nearby, and theatre, museums, restaurants. The staff were all approachable, and the room was nice and compact with a bath. The food provided for breakfast was lovely. Our experience here was fab.

The room was far too small for a London Hotel.We had no room to store our clothes and we lived out of our suitcase under the bed.The window also would not open which made the room feel like a cell.The cost was also too excessive for a room that size.
